Dying to talk is back, 4YP is hosting this services on the first Monday of each month 4-5pm to support young people facing or affected by bereavement.
Led by a St Elizabeth Hospice Children and Young People’s Bereavement Counsellor, young people aged 14-18 can drop in to 4YP to talk as part of a small group in confidence about their experiences and fears. The Counsellor will offer support and advice, and the participants will offer a level of peer support.
This group will be held on the first Monday of every month for twelve months. The first was held on 2nd September 2019.
Those invited to the group are bereaved teenagers local to Ipswich. Sessions run 4-5pm so as not to clash with school timetables.
